We had a wonderful visit to your BEAUTIFUL country! All the arrangements you made for us were perfect, it could not have been better! While we were disappointed for the closures in Sintra, Helena and Hugo did their best for alternative stops and we still had a beautiful day. Everything was terrific and worked out as planned. The hotels were all beautiful, particularly the Six Senses and the Vila Vita. Both of those also had amazing breakfasts. The guides were very informative, and offered lots of useful information and suggestions. I also thought the schedules were done well, with seeing a lot of things. It kept us busy, but not too much, and still gave us time on our own. Even the drivers were very good. We both enjoyed Tiago in Porto/Douro valley and Samuel in Lisbon.

I just had a long conversation with Dr/Mrs Glassman. Their remarks can be easily summarized with the comment “wonderful trip.” The Glassman’s were impressed with all the cars, drivers and guides. They especially commented on the fact that on days when they did not have a driver and a guide but just a driver/guide that person was especially knowledgeable. Hotels were all very, very nice.

Our 10-day itinerary to explore and savor four of the Azores islands could not have been more thoughtfully planned nor more perfectly executed. Our days were full, varied and yet relaxed. Lisbon is my new favorite city. I would love to go back and explore Portugal more. It's walkable, great public transport and the sights are amazing and the people are so friendly. And of course because we travel via our stomachs, the food & wine was amazing. The tour guide Maria was fantastic. Super knowledgeable. And Carlos was a great driver. The trip around Lisbon was great to get our bearings. The museum was A+. I think that in the future we would rather take the museum at our own pace. We each have our own interests and often split up to view different art. The trip to Sinestra and the coast was so awesome! I would love to go back and bike some of the parks.
