Conception, Technical Organization, and Operation
Portugal and Spain Deluxe will be entirely responsible for the conception, technical organization, and operation of your proposed Tour, which we exclusively designed according to your request and approval. Rates may vary if you wish to change the itinerary, suppliers, or venues, and we will present a new quote.
Price Alterations
Portugal and Spain Deluxe will only alter the advised quote if the quoted services are unavailable or the client specifically requests to change the itinerary, services, hotels, experiences, or venues.
Reimbursement
Services that are confirmed but not used will not be subject to reimbursement, except in the case of unforeseen force majeure, such as a natural disaster or political unrest.
Complaints
To ensure your concerns are addressed, we have a clear process for handling complaints. If you have a complaint, please send a written letter to Portugal and Spain Deluxe within 15 days after the Tour has ended. We take your feedback seriously and will do our best to resolve any issues.
Taxes
The informed prices include the VAT applicable at the time of the quote.
Liability
Portugal and Spain Deluxe is an acting agent for restaurants, sightseeing tours, and transportation companies. We cannot be held responsible or liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay arising from or in connection with any act, omission, neglect, accident, error, or default of such persons providing these services. Portugal and Spain Deluxe is not responsible for any itinerary alteration if such changes become necessary for the safety or well-being of the passenger(s).
While we strive to provide a seamless experience, there are certain circumstances beyond our control. Portugal and Spain Deluxe cannot be held accountable for costs or other liabilities associated with terrorism, war, accident, weather, or any act of God. The Company reserves the right to refuse, accept, or retain any person as a group member. If facilities or services are unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute comparable facilities or services with available ones. We believe in transparency and want you to be fully informed about these possibilities.
Payment Conditions
Portugal and Spain Deluxe require a 30% deposit to confirm all services unless otherwise specified. The final payment is due 45 days before the tour start date.
If the cost of specific services, such as luxury accommodations or exclusive experiences, requiring prepayment exceeds the first deposit amount, we may solicit an additional deposit. Portugal and Spain Deluxe is committed to communicating clearly and in advance, ensuring transparency and avoiding surprises.

For Payments with a Credit card (AMEX, VISA, or MASTERCARD) you will receive a link that you should accept and confirm to proceed with the credit card charge.
Bank Transfer or Credit Card fees are included.
Cancellations
The date of cancellation of one or more services confirmed with Portugal and Spain Deluxe is the business day on which we receive a written cancellation request from the travel advisor responsible for the canceled file. This policy is fair and ensures your security in case of unforeseen circumstances.
All cancellations must be formalized by email to the destination expert who is assisting you on the trip.
You can also send the cancellation request to info@portugalandspaindeluxe.com. The destination expert will guide you through the process and handle your request quickly and professionally.
Portugal and Spain Deluxe require a written refund request specifying the reason for the cancellation to honor a refund.
Unless otherwise specified, refunds will be honored as follows, based on the notice received to date:
More than 45 days of scheduled tour start date: 80% refund;
Between 44 - 30 days of the scheduled tour start date: 70% refund;
Between 29 - 16 days of the scheduled tour start date: 25% refund;
Within 15 days: no refund. 100% of the tour cost is forfeited
We may deduct additional penalty fees if the cost of canceled services exceeds the refund amount mentioned above.
Unless otherwise specified, Portugal and Spain Deluxe forfeits a minimum of €800.00 as an administration fee for canceled files. This fee covers the administrative costs of processing reservations, documentation, coordination, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring our clients' smooth and efficient service.
