LH - Villa T1, T2 E T3

This small "village", ideal for family vacations, is located on the north coast of Pico island and provides superb views. Being located in the parish of Santo Amaro, Terralta, it takes advantage of excellent location, unique landscape, cultural heritage and environmental surroundings, where calm and tranquility predominate on the natural environment.

With the dimensional characteristics of the lots and the steep slope, in terraces, the houses provide privacy as well as a large surrounding green area and panoramic sea views, both for the Canal and the Island of São Jorge, as well as the bays of Pico island.

All the houses are fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, iron and ironing board, safe and other kitchen equipment such as pots, blender, kettle , coffee maker and cooking utensils. The heating of the accommodation units is done by a pellet stove in the living room and oil heaters in the bedrooms.

Although the houses are equipped with a washing machine, there is a laundry and ironing service at the resort, which guests may request. Accommodation towels are changed every three days and bed sheets every seven days, on longer bookings, as required by Resorts in the category of Tourist Apartments. However, being a four star resort, both the towels and the sheets can be changed at any time upon guests request.
